摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中13种有机毒物的气相色谱分析方法。方法工作场所空气中的13种有机毒物经活性炭管吸收、二硫化碳解析后，通过毛细管气相色谱进行定量分析。结果该方法各物质的线性范围为0—500μg／ml，相关系数均大于0．998，回收率为86．86～106．32％，检出限在0．03～0．50mg／m3之间。结论该方法具有操作简便、准确性好、灵敏度高等优点。
[ Objective] To establish the gas chromatographic method for determination of 13 organic toxicants in the air of work- place. [ Methods] The 13 organic toxicants in the air of workplace were collected by the activated carbon tube, desorbed by CS2 and quantificationally analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. [ Results ] The linearity range of this method was 0-500 g/m1, correla- tion coefficients were greater than 0. 998, recovery rate was 86.86% -106.32%. All the detection limits satisfied the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations （ 0. 03-0. 50 mg/m3 }. [ Conclusion ] This method possesses the advantages of easy operation, good accuracy and high sensitivity.
