摘要
目的了解开封市公共场所卫生状况,为进一步加强公共场所的卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法依照GB/T 18204-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》进行检验,采用Excel 2003和SPSS 19.0软件对开封市2011—2013年公共场所公用物品监测结果进行统计分析。结果 3年共检测公共场所公用物品1 041份,合格率89.63%。2011—2013年的合格率分别为87.06%、88.33%、92.34%,其合格率逐年递增,3年合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.4,P<0.05);不同场所公用物品的消毒合格率中,文化娱乐场所最高为92.06%,旅店业最低为85.43%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.8,P<0.05)。不同类别样品合格率中,茶具类最高为100%,卧具类最低为81.74%,5类公用物品合格率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=65.14,P<0.01)。结论开封市公共场所公共用品的卫生消毒质量逐年提高,但仍然还存在一定的问题,应进一步加强卫生监督监测,提高其卫生消毒质量。
[ Objective] To understand the sanitary condition of public places in Kaifeng City, provide scientific basis for further strengthening supervision and management of public places. [ Methods] According to GB/T 18204-2000 "Test Methods of Hygienic Standard in Public Places" the public goods were tested,, and the monitoring data of the public goods in public places in Kaifeng from 2011-2013 were analyzed by Excel 2003 and SPSS 19.0 software. [ Results] A total of 1 041 public articles were tested in 3 years, the qualified rate was 89.63%. The qualified rate from 2011-2013 were 87.06%, 88.33% and 92.34% respectively. It increased year by year, and the difference of it in three years was statistically significant (X2 --6.4, P 〈 O. 05). In different kinds of places,the qualified rate of entertainment places was the highest (92.06%) ,the hotels was the lowest ( 85.43% ) , and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.8,P 〈 0.05 }. In different kinds of samples, the qualified rate of the tea set was the highest ( 100% ) , the qualified rate of bedclothes was the lowest (81.74%) , the difference of five kinds of public articles was sta- tistically significant( χ2 = 65.14, P 〈 0.01). [ Conclusion] The quality of sanitation and disinfection of public goods in public places in Kaifeng City improves year by year, but there are still some problems. Supervision and monitoring should be strengthened to improve the quality of sanitation and disinfection.
