摘要
目的研究戊二醛测定的原理及化学反应方程式,纠正以往文献报道中不正确的理论,分析测定过程的关键环节及影响因素。方法根据醛类肟化反应的性质,结合戊二醛的合成原理,合理推断化学法测定戊二醛含量的原理及关键试剂的作用。结果阐述了符合化学反应规律的测定原理并写出了相应的化学反应方程式,对反应过程的重要环节和试剂用量进行分析,提出了国标方法有待改进的测定环节。结论本理论用于消毒液中戊二醛的测定,能够用理论指导实验操作,更好地控制测定过程的关键环节,提高检测效率和质量。
Objective To study the principle and chemical equation of glutaraldehyde determination, so as to correct the wrong theory in the past literature reports and analyze the key steps and influencing factors in the determination process. Methods The principle of glutaraldehyde determination was deduced logically according to the property of oximation reaction for aldehydes and the synthetic reaction of glutaraldehyde. The action of main reagents was mentioned too. Results The principle which accorded with the chemical reaction regular was described and the chemical reaction equation was provided. The key steps and dose of major reagents in the reaction process were also analyzed. Furthermore, it was suggested to improve some determination steps of national method. Conclusion The principle of glutaraldehyde determination in disinfectants can better guide the experimental process and control the key steps, thus improving the efficiency and quality of test.
