1例Van Wyk-Grumbach综合征检查分析 被引量：1

摘要 Van Wyk and Grumbach综合征（Van WykGrumbach syndrome,VWGS）,是原发甲状腺功能减退（以下简称原发甲减）的一种特殊表型,其临床表现包括原发甲减,性早熟、骨龄落后和多发卵巢囊肿[1]。该综合征患者使用甲状腺素替代治疗后,所有临床症状和实验室检查均有明显改善。1临床资料患者,女,7岁。因生长迟缓、智力低下7年,阴道流血10余日来本院就诊。患者为第二胎,
