mTOR通路在眼科增殖相关性疾病中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 mTOR通路在细胞生长增殖过程中起十分重要的作用,越来越多的实验结果证明该通路的传导紊乱与肿瘤、糖尿病、肥胖、心血管疾病、年龄相关性疾病及其他与增殖性疾病有密切的联系。mTOR通路通过整合来自营养、能量状态、氨基酸及生长因子的信号以调整诸如自嗜、核糖体合成和细胞新陈代谢等生命活动。使用特异性的mTOR通路抑制剂可减缓并部分逆转疾病的发生。本文就mTOR通路在眼科部分增殖性疾病的研究进展进行综述。 The mammalian TOR( mTOR) pathway is a key regulator of cell growth and proliferation which is also a fundamentally important player in a large variety of human diseases. The pathway regulates many key cellular processes and is implicated in a large number of pathological conditions, including cancer, obesity,diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, age- related diseases and other proliferative disease. It integrates signals from nutrients,energy status and growth factors to regulate many processes, including autophagy,ribosome biogenesis and metabolism. Our article reviews the advancement of laboratory results on mTOR pathway in proliferative diseases in ophthalmology.
