扁桃体间充质干细胞的分离、培养和鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 BMSC在体外能够分化为成骨细胞、脂肪细胞、软骨细胞、肌细胞等,是一种良好的种子细胞,在骨组织工程和再生医学中具有广阔的应用前景[1].但是,培养BMSC通常需要抽取骨髓,可引起局部疼痛不适等并发症,且获得的BMSC数量、增殖力、多向分化潜能随着供体年龄的增长而下降[2].因此,寻找一种取材方便、步骤简单、供者痛苦小的分离间充质干细胞的方法,日益引起研究者的重视.笔者探讨从扁桃体组织中分离、培养间充质干细胞的可行性及其生物学特性.
