消除MC3A冷轧辊钢中的液析碳化物 被引量:4

摘要 通过改变电渣重熔渣系及锻造加热方式研究其对MC3A冷轧辊钢液析碳化物的影响,并对显微组织中液析碳化物级别进行评定。结果表明:用四元渣系(质量分数)CaF2∶CaO∶Al2O3∶SiO2=60∶5∶30∶5电渣重熔,MCA3冷轧辊用钢液析碳化物级别降低;两次10 h加热+开坯+15 h加热锻造方式可降低MCA3冷轧辊用钢液析碳化物级别,从条带状变为弥散颗粒;通过合理选择电渣重熔渣系及锻造加热方式,可基本消除MCA3冷轧辊钢液析碳化物。 The effect of the slag of ESR and forging heating method on the liquidation carbide of MC3A cold roller steel was studied. The grade of liquidation carbide was assessed. It is found that the ESR with quaternary slag series (CaG: CaO: Al2O3: SIO2=60: 5 : 30: 5) reduces the grade of liquidation carbide of MC3A cold roller steel. The grade of liquidation carbide of MC3A cold roller steel is degraded by twice heating up method ( 10 h heating+forging + 15 h heating), and the shape of carbide changes from band to particles. Through selecting the slag of ESR and forging heating method, the liquidation carbide of MC3A cold roller steel can be eliminated.
