运动疗法联合微波治疗肩周炎的疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察运动疗法联合微波治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取在我科就诊的中老年肩周炎患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例,对照组患者单纯给予微波治疗,治疗组患者在微波治疗结束后,给予运动疗法治疗,2组患者均在治疗前后进行康复评估,包括疼痛、关节活动度和日常生活活动能力3个方面的评估。结果治疗组临床总有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯微波治疗肩周炎治疗效果很难令人满意,而运动疗法联合微波治疗肩周炎综合疗法能够很好的改善患者的功能障碍,提高患者的日常生活质量,减轻患者的疼痛。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of kinesiotherapy (exercise therapy) com-bined with microwave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 50 middle and old aged patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in our department were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mi-crowave therapy. Patients in the treatment group after treatment with microwave,were given exercise therapy. All the patients received rehabilitation assessment before and after treatment, including pain,joint activities and activities of daily living assessment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Microwave in the treatment of scapulohumeral pe-riarthritis is not satisfactory,and exercise therapy combined with microwave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can improve the patients&#39; dysfunction,improve the quality of daily life of patients,reduce the pain of patients.
