摘要
由于游梁式抽油机工作效率较低,能耗大,使得节能型抽油机备受青睐.分析了游梁抽油机的节能原理,提出几种以节能为目的的游梁辅助平衡方案并分析了各种方案的优缺点,在此基础上提出一种新型游梁动平衡智能调节方案.该新型游梁抽油机动平衡智能调节装置对原机改动小,采用控制系统控制伺服电机动作,进而实现摆杆摆角0°~90°变化,拓宽了调平衡范围,可实现远程实时动态调平衡,且调平衡快速精确.由此得出结论:游梁辅助平衡装置的设计应综合考虑调平衡范围、环境适应性、结构紧凑性、安装便捷性和可靠性等因素,以进一步提高游梁辅助平衡装置应用的规范性、适用性和可靠性.
The low efficiency and high energy consumption of the beam pumping unit makes the energy-saving pumping unit favored. The principle of energy saving of beam pumping unit is analyzed, several beam auxiliary balancing schemes for the purpose of energy saving are listed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes are analyzed. On the basis of analysis, this paper proposes a new beam balancing intelligent control scheme. The new auxiliary balancing device has a small change to the original machine, the control system is used to control the servo motor, so as to realize the pendulum angle change from 0 o to 90 ~, so the scope of adjusting balance is broaden. What's more, remote real-time dynamic balancing can be realized, so as the fast and accurate adjusting balance. Conc|usion: in order to further improve the application of normative, applicability and reliability of beam auxiliary balancing device,the design of beam auxiliary balance device should be integrated into the balance adjusting range, environment adaptability, compact structure, convenient installation and reliability anti so on.
