摘要
通过对传统双人脚踏车传动机构和整体结构的研究和分析,找出了存在的问题,建立了问题模型。根据TRIZ理论中的矛盾矩阵表,选择合适的发明创新原理,并利用原理类比移植的思想,对双人脚踏车进行创新设计,设计出一种具有速度合成功能,休闲性更高的新型双人脚踏车,结果表明TRIZ理论在机械创新设计和优化设计的可行性和高效性。
The existing problems are found by researching and analyzing the transmission and the integral structure of the traditional double bicycle. In view of tbe contradiction, a problem model is built. Based on the contradiction matrix of the TRIZ theory, a suitable principle of invention and innovation is selected. The thought of principle analogy transplantation is used to carry out innovative design to solve the problems existing in the traditional ones. The innovation has the velocity synthetic function and more comfort. The results prove the feasibility and efficiency of the TRIZ theory in the aspect of mechanical creative design and optimization.
