摘要
针对特殊用途绞车出现的乱缆、缆绳磨损、卷筒要求特制等常见问题,设计了一种可以匹配不同负载的新型减张力机构。它把减张力功能和排线功能融为一体,同时通过采用变频调速、电机实时协调控制技术来使各机构单元张力保持恒定,不仅降低了缆绳存储装置的性能要求,而且解决了缆绳收放过程中出现的挤压磨损、破坏、断裂等问题。
In random cable, special cable drum winch of wear, common problems of special requirements, a new reducing tension mechanisnl can be matched with different load is designed. Tension-reduction and wiring function are integrated. The variable frequency (VVVF) and motor real-time coordination control technology are used to make sure each unit tension keep constant. It is prove that the performance requirements of the storage device is decreased, wear and fracture in the process of extrusion line are solved.So this research has important practical significance and promotional value,
