摘要
为研究高速铣削加工中既有较低的刀具磨损量、又有较高的切削效率的切削参数,按照L9(34)正交表,选取了铣削参数每齿进给、切深、切宽、转速四个因素,每个因素取3个水平进行试验,获得了不同切削参数下的刀具磨损数据。通过直接分析和极差分析最终得到了优化的铣削参数。
In order to study the optimization method of cutting parameters in high-speed milling for having both low tool wear and high material removal rate, an L9(34) orthogonal experiment was done with four factors and three levels including feed rate, milling depth, milling width and milling speed. The data of tool wear under different cutting parameters was obtained. The best milling parameters were achieved by direct analysis and range analysis.
