摘要
通过使用Siemens 840D系统中的NC-LINK功能,解决了大型龙门移动式车铣中心旋转工作台的控制难题。依据多年来的调试经验,对其控制方法进行了总结。
NC-LINK function of the SIEMENS 840D system is used to solve the control problems of the rotary table on the large gantry moving type vertical turning and milling center, and realize dynamic RAM spindle encoder switch. Through many years of testing experience, the control method is summarized for reference.
