摘要
汽车零部件的轻量化设计成为汽车产业发展方向之一,文中介绍了轻量化设计方法,分析讨论了结构优化设计、轻量化新材料的应用、先进加工制造技术及其应用。结合工程实际,介绍了CAE在汽车零部件轻量化设计方法中的应用,包括结构优化设计的方法及应用,CAE在成形等先进加工制造技术上应用,CAE对优化方案校核的应用。
The lightweight design of automotive parts for the automotive industry was one of the development direction. The lightweight design methods were discussed detailedly, which included structure optimization, new materials application and advanced manufacturing teehnology. Combined with the engineering application, CAE application was introduced on lightweight automobile parts in the design method, whieh ineluded structure optimization and applieation, CAE application on advanced manufacturing technology and optimizing the program checking.
