摘要
研究了激光多普勒位移测量仪的检测原理,并采用激光多普勒位移测量仪检测了数控螺旋锥齿轮机床的空间位置误差。通过对误差数据进行分析,评定了该机床的空间位置精度,提出通过补偿X、Y、Z轴的直线位置误差,可提高机床的空间精度。
The paper studies on the test principle of Laser Doppler Displacement Measurement (LDI)M), which is used to test the spacial error of Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Hypoid and Spiral Machine Tool. Based on analyzing the data, the spatial accuracy of the machine tool is assessed, it is put forward that through compensating linear positiunal error of X, Y ,Z,the spatial accuracy of CNC Machine Tool is improved.
