XJPG-150型盘辊破碎机星形架强度分析及结构改进

摘要 运用ANSYS Workbench对XJPG-150型星形架式盘辊破碎机的星形架进行静强度分析,计算出其变形情况和等效应力的分布情况。根据分析结果,对星形架进行结构优化,提出星形架的具体结构改进方案,在满足应力及刚度的条件下,其重量减小26.11%,优化结果明显,并在实际生产中得到证实和应用。 ANSYS Workbench software is applied to analyze static strength of the star-shaped frame in the new star- shaped plate-rolling crusher of XJPG-150, and obtain the deformation and stress diagram. Based on the above analysis results, a star-shaped frame structural optimization is performed, and the improved structure scheme is put forward. The weight of the star-shaped frame decreased evidently by 26.11% to meet requirement of stress intension and stiffness, which is also justified in practical production.
