Study on the Thread Auto-displacement Grinding Technology and Program Design

通过对螺纹磨削加工现状分析,提出了一种新的变距螺纹磨削工艺,并基于SIEMENS 840D sl数控系统,采用R参数编制了相应的加工程序。

The paper inh＋oduces one new technology of the thread pitch auto-displacement grinding. The status about the thread grinding is presented ,and corresponding program is finised using the R parameter based on Siemens 840D sl system.
