隧道风机叶片半固态成形合理工艺参数的确定

摘要 采用半固态成形替代传统的铸造和机加工成形隧道风机叶片,以实现近净成形和提高产品质量。采用PLCO半固态黏度模型,基于Procast2008铸造软件平台,对隧道风机叶片的成形进行模拟。研究了浇注温度、冲头速度和模具温度等工艺参数对隧道风机叶片半固态成形的影响,确定了合理的工艺参数:浇注温度为575℃左右、冲头速度为1m/s左右,模具温度在200℃左右。在该工艺参数条件下,充填过程平稳、凝固时间较短,有利于获得质量优良的成形件。 Semi-solid forming was used to form the blade of the tunnel fan instead of conventional liquid casting and machining. The power law cut-off (PLCO) material model in ProCast2008 software was used to simulate the semi-solid forming process of the blade of the fan. The results show that the reasonable technology parameters for connecting rod semi-solid squeeze casting process are obtained: initial billet temperature is about 575℃, die temperature is about 200℃, punch velocity 1m/s. Under this process parameters, filling process is smooth, and solidification time is shorter. Then are good for obtaining good quality molded parts.
