摘要 文中分析了3种工作模式的磁流变液减振器,分别是流体模式、剪切模式和挤压模型;设计了一种新型的基于混合模式的磁流变液减振器,并搭建了一套数据采集系统,包括数据采集卡、传动系统、Labview软件等,对磁流变液减振器的力学性进行了研究,测试结果表明,随着外加磁场强度的增加,磁流变液减振器的阻尼力增加较为明显。 This paper analyses three kinds of working mode of magneto-rheological fluid damper, namely flow mode, shear mode and extrusion model. The calculation model of the damping force in the shear flow mode is established. A new type of MR fluid damper is designed, and a set of test system is built to investigate the shear performance. The results provide theoretical and experimental basis for the application of MR fluid damper.
