新诊断2型糖尿病患者骨代谢与脂代谢的相关性 被引量:1

Relationship between bone metabolism and lipid metabolism in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病患者骨代谢指标与血脂之间的相关性。方法筛选280例新诊断2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用直线相关分析骨代谢指标、血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积与年龄、体质量指数、血脂的关系。结果(1)25羟维生素D3、Ⅰ型胶原交联C末端肽、特异性碱性磷酸酶、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶、骨钙素与血脂无相关性。(2)血钙、血磷与三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无相关性,钙磷乘积与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇有正相关,与总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇无相关性。结论骨代谢指标(骨钙素、25羟维生素D3、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶、特异性碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型胶原交联末端肽)、血钙、血磷与血脂无相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between bone metabolism and lipid metabolism in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods A total of 280 cases of newly diagnosed type 2diabetes patients were enrolled in the study.The blood calcium,blood phosphorus,calciumphosphorus product,bone metabolism index and blood lipids were measured.The relationship of bone metabolism indexed with blood lipids levels was analyzed by Pearson's correlation test using SPSS18.0.Results Blood lipids were not correlated with 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3(25-OH-D3),Cterminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen(CTX),bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP),tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP) and bone glaprotein(BGP).Blood calcium and blood phosphorus were not correlated with blood triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).The calcium-phosphorus product was positively correlated with HDL-C,however no correlated with TC,TG and LDL-C.Conclusion There has no correlation between bone metabolism index(BGP,25-OH-D3,TRACP,BAP and CTX),blood calcium,blood phosphorus and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic patients.
