摘要
目的探讨血清甲状腺激素在食道癌手术前后的变化,并研究甲状腺激素与食道癌病理分期的关系。方法76例食道癌患者均行食道癌根治术,76例胃息肉患者为对照组,行息肉摘除术,放射免疫法检测食道癌和胃息肉组术前、术后血清T3、T4变化。结果食道癌根治手术前血清T3、T4水平显著低于手术后(P<0.05),血清T3、T4改变程度与食道癌分期呈负相关(P<0.05),胃息肉组术前、术后血清T3、T4水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清T3、T4浓度变化可作为判断食道癌病情及病理分期、监视病情的参考指标。
Objective To assess the changes of serum thyroid hormone levels in patients with esophageal carcinoma before and after esophagectomy.Methods Seventy-six patients with esophageal carcinoma undergoing radical esophagectomy and 76 patients with gastric polypus undergoing polypectomy(control group) were enrolled in the study.The levels of serum triiodothyronine(T3) and thyroxine(T4) were examined by radioimmunoassay 2 d before and 7 d after operation.The relationships between thyroid hormone and the stages of esophageal carcinoma were analyzed.Results The preoperative serum T3,T4levels in esophageal carcinoma patients were significantly lower than those of postoperative ones(P 0.05).There were no significant changes of thyroid hormones before and after surgery in patients with gastric polypus.Linear correlation model demonstrated that negative correlation was found between thyroid hormone and pathological staging of esophageal carcinoma(P 0.05).Conclusion The decrease of thyroid hormone may be closely related to the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
