Braingutpeptides in regulation of insulin secretion

摘要 脑肠肽是胃肠道和神经系统双重分布的一些肽类的统称,它们生理作用广泛,其中多体现在对胃肠功能的调节上。已有的诸多研究表明脑肠肽可以影响胰岛素的分泌,如ghrelin具有抑制胰岛素释放的功能,obestatin、肽YY对胰岛素的分泌有调节作用,但作用效果尚不明确,而胰高血糖素样肽1(glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)和抑胃肽(gastric inhibitory polypeptide,GIP)可以促进胰岛素的分泌。 The braingutpeptides are peptides distributed both in gastrointestinal tract and nervous system. They have many biological effects, especially on regulating the gastrointestinal function. Many studies have revealed that braingutpeptides are involved in the regulation of insulin secretion, for example, ghrelin can inhibit the insulin secretion, while glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and gastric inhibitory polypeptide (GIP) can increase its secretion.
