多平面重组和容积再现在冠状动脉CTA检测心肌桥的对照观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多平面重组(MPR)和容积再现(VR)技术在冠状动脉CTA检测心肌桥的应用价值。方法对38例心肌桥患者的冠状动脉CTA资料分析,经工作站后处理获得冠状动脉的MPR和VR像,比较两种方法的检测结果。结果冠状动脉CTA应用MPR与VR技术检测心肌桥的敏感性分别为97.37%、57.89%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论冠状动脉CTA检测心肌桥时,MPR的敏感性髙,对壁冠状动脉-心肌桥细节的显示有优势;VR能直观地显示多支冠状动脉走行及其与心肌的空间关系;两者结合提高了冠状动脉CTA检测心肌桥的能力。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) and volume rendering (VR) of multislice spiral CT(MSCT) Coronary Angiography in detecting myocardial bridge. Methods 38 patients with myocardial bridge were underwent Coronary Computed Tomographic Angiography(CTA) scanning, postprocessing with MPR、VR, and compare the results of two methods. Results The sensitivity of MPR with coronary CTA in detecting myocardial bridge was 97.37%, and the sensitivity of VR was 57.89%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions On the detection of myocardial bridge with coronary CTA, MPR has the advantage of high sensitivity and clearly show the details of mural coronary artery-myocardial bridge;VR can visually display the spatial relationship between coronary artery and myocardial. The combination improves the ability of detecting myocardial bridge.
