左心辅助过程中心肌重构逆转的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 慢性晚期心衰患者使用心室辅助装置（ventricular assist device,VAD）后,心肌异常结构可恢复接近正常[1].判断患者左心室辅助装置（left ventricular assist device,LVAD）辅助效果有助于指导后续治疗.我们就LVAD辅助前后心肌在组织学、分子学和基因学等方面的变化综述如下.
