摘要
综述了我国现行国家标准(GB)、行业标准(SN、NY、LS)以及地方标准(DB)中规定的食品与饲料中真菌毒素的限量及检测方法,并对发现的问题提出了一些建议,希望为相关检测机构或企业进行真菌毒素检测时选择方法提供依据,同时也为政府部门制定国家标准,为建立科学、统一、权威的食品安全国家标准体系提供参考。
The paper reviewed the maximum residue levels of mycotoxins in foods and feeds and the relevant detection methods set by current Chinese regulations including National Standards (GB),Entry-exit Products Standards (SN),Agriculture Standards (N Y),Grain Standards (LS) aswellas Regional Standards (D B).Itgave some suggestions for the problem s found now adays,hoping to provide some basis for related mycotoxins testing in stitute or enterprises Itdeveloped National Standard for governm entdepartment,and it provided some references for establishing a scientific,unified and authoritative selected National food safety standards system.
