外源性天然色素掺伪果酒和饮料鉴别检测方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了5种天然色素-越橘红、红米红、黑加仑红、萝卜红、葡萄皮红的高效液相色谱检测法,样品处理后,甲醇-乙腈-甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在检测波长为515 nm条件下对5种目标物同时进行检测.试验表明,5种色素检测的相对标准偏差为5 7%~7 4%,回收率为74.1%~94.7%,检出限为5.6~7.5 mg/L.由此可知,本研究建立的天然色素检测方法简单快速,精确可靠,重复性好. A simple and accurate method for the determination of 5 natural pigments in adulterated food was developed.In order to determine these constituents by RP-HPLC,cowberry red,red kermel color,black currant red,radish red and grape-skin red were gradient eluted using methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid as mobile phase.Samples were detected simultaneously at the wavelength was 515 nm.Result showed that the relative standard deviation,average recovery and detection limit were 5.7%-7.4%,74.1%-94.7%,5.6-7.5mg/L,respectively.The HPLC method to simultaneously determine five natural pigments was simple,fast,accurate,and reliable with good repeatability.
