摘要
综合标准化是目标导向的标准化系统工程。首先需要精准识别确定适合用系统方法的综合标准化对象。这一对象应该具有系统特征,而且与其成果预期相呼应的是必须有明确的目标。运用系统工程的系统技术,多维多层面全方位全过程梳理协调,并动态运用PDCA戴明环,使综合标准化在目标性系统性整体性诸方面淋漓尽致的充分体现。
Comprehensive standardization is target-oriented standardization system engineering. First of all, we should accurately identify the specific object of comprehensive standardization with system characteristics. The comprehensive standardization can be sufficienfly reflected in term of target-oriented, systematicness and integration by using the system engineering technology, multidimension coordination and dynamically applying the PDCA.
