RPH联合扩压硬化剂注射治疗混合痔212例

RPH Combined with Dilator,Pressing and Sclerosing in the Treatment of 212 Cases with Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合扩压硬化剂注射治疗混合痔的疗效，将212例混合痔患者分为两组，治疗组107例采用RPH联合扩压硬化剂注射治疗，对照组105例采用单纯扩压硬化剂注射治疗，随访观察并评价其疗效。结果显示，治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为99．1％和94．2％，治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，RPH联合扩压硬化剂注射治疗混合痔疗效明显高于单纯扩压硬化剂注射治疗。

This study was to investigate the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH） combined with dilator,pressing and sclerosing for treating mixed hemorrhoids. The 212 patients with mixed hemor rhoids were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group（ n = 107） was treated with above therapy, while control one with alone dilator, pressing and sclerosing, then followed up to observe and evaluated their curative effect.As results,the curative rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control one（99.1% vs 94.2%, P〈0.05）.These results show that combined with RPH has significant higher effect than alone dilator,pressing and sclerosing for mixed hemorrhoids.
