生物反馈结合当归芍药散治疗功能性肛门直肠痛30例疗效观察

Biofeedback plus Danggui Shaoyao San in the Treatment of Functional Anorectal Pain：Effect Observation on 30 Cases

为探讨生物反馈结合当归芍药散口服治疗功能性肛门直肠痛患者的临床疗效，将中医辨证为血瘀湿滞型的30例功能性肛门直肠痛患者采用生物反馈结合当归芍药散口服治疗，生物反馈每日1次，每次30min；中医治疗采用《金匮要略》当归芍药散方，按照原方比例打粉，每次服40g，每日3次。治疗20d，观察治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分和症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分。结果显示，治疗后VAS评分躯体化、人际关系、抑郁和焦虑评分明显低于治疗前（P〈0．05），临床总有效率73．3％。结果表明，生物反馈结合当归芍药散治疗功能性肛门直肠痛安全、有效，而且能够有效改善患者不良情绪，提高其生活质量。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of biofeedback plus Danggui Shaoyao San （Pow- der of Chinese Angelica and Peony） for treating functional anorectal pain.The 30 patients with functional anorectal pain confirmed as blood stasis and damp stagnation type according to differential diagnosis of Chi- nese medicine received following therapy, biofeedback, 1 time/d, for 30 mini the Danggui Shaoyao San For- mula of （（JinGuiYaoLue）） was being powdering in line with original ratio, 40g/time, 3 time/d, for 20 days, then,the score rating on visual analogue scale（VAS） and symptom check list-90（SCL=90） before and after treatment was recorded and compared each other. As results, after treatment VAS score ratings, and score rating of somatization,interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety were significantly lower than before treatment（ P〈0.05）,and,clinical total effective rate was 73.3%.Results show that above-mentioned combination therapy for functional anorectal pain is safe and effective,and can effectively improve patient＇s bad emotion, and the quality of life.
