摘要 为了提高角蛋白的提取率和应用性能,采用预处理-还原二浴二步法溶解羊毛,探讨温度、时间、浓度等因素对溶解性能的影响。红外(FTIR)和X射线衍射测试结果表明,羊毛蛋白纤维、提取后的角蛋白的特征官能团与羊毛基本相同;将羊毛角蛋白和聚氧化乙烯按照不同比例混合进行静电纺丝,制得复合纳米纤维膜,对其进行SEM测试发现,纤维的表观形态各不相同,随着角蛋白比例的增加,纤维的直径逐渐变细。 In order to improve the extraction rate and application performance of keratin, the wool is dissolved with two-bath and two-step pretreatment and reduction process. The influences of dissolving temperature, time and concentration on dissolving property is discussed based on the changes of the dissolved rate. The results of infrared (FTIR) and X ray diffraction show that the functional groups of the extracted keratin fiber are almost the same as those of the wool fiber, The composite nanofiber membranes can be prepared by electro-spinning with different proportions of polyoxyethylene and wool ker- atin solution. It is demonstrated from SEM images that the diameter of the fiber gradually decreases with the increase in the proportion of the keratin in the electro-spinnina solution.
