摘要
氧漂煮练酶，是一种具有漂白作用的复配酶，集螯合剂、渗透剂、稳定剂功能于一身。将其应用于精梳纯棉纱染色前处理，可实现100℃条件下精练，时间为60min；半成品白度、毛效和筒纱内外层色差与传统工艺相当，能满足后续染色要求；纱线失重小（一般为3％～6％），柔软、弹性好，易操作；与传统前处理工艺相比．可节约助剂成本41250影月。
Scouring enzyme for peroxide bleaching, a compound enzyme integrating multi-function of chelating agent, penetrating agent and stabilizer, is applied to pretreatment of combed cotton yarn. Compared with the conventional process, bio-scouring can be realized under 100 ℃ for 60 min, the semiproduct features good quality with the similar whiteness, capillary effect and inner-to-outer color deviation, smaller weight loss 3%-6%, better softness and elasticity, which can meet the requirement for dyeing, and cost for auxiliary can be cut down by 41 250 RMB per month.
