摘要
利用激光技术对四种含棉织物进行生态洗水,测定洗水前后织物厚度、表面组成、透气率、耐磨性、拉伸强度和K/S值,结果表明:四种不同含棉织物洗水效果良好,激光洗水后织物表面均无新物质生成,厚度与耐磨性变化也不大,而断裂强力、K/S值及透气性有不同程度的降低。激光洗水后的透气性主要受织物厚度影响,织物越薄,其透气性越好;K/S值下降程度主要受染料性质影响,经纱采用靛蓝染色的织物,其K/S值下降幅度大于硫化黑染色织物;靛蓝染色织物洗水后的纱线强力下降明显。
Washing of four cotton-containing fabrics with laser technology is carried out. The thickness, surface composition, permeability, abrasion resistance, tensile strength and K/S values of the fabric before and after washing are measured. The results show that the washing results of four fabrics are good without new material formation on the surface, little changes in thickness and abrasion resistance, but the tensile strength, air permeability and K/S value of fabrics decrease. The permeability of washed fabric is mainly affected by the thickness of the fabric, the thinner the fabric is, the better the air permeability is. K/S value of fabric is mainly affected by dye behaviors. The K/S value of fabric dyed with indigo decreases more than that with sulfur black. The strength of indigo yarn dyeings decreases significantly after washing.
