摘要
通过对拖拉机半轴壳体的结构、技术要求等进行分析,对以往的加工工艺方法进行改进,创新性地提出一种适合拖拉机不同机型半轴壳体与箱体多品种加工、工序高度集中、便于卧式加工中心采用的柔性加工工艺方法,满足拖拉机生产淡旺季明显、生产不均衡的生产模式要求,最大限度提高设备的利用率。
The paper analyzed the structure and technical requirements for axle shaft housing, improved the old machining technology, put forward a new flexible machining method for different axle shaft housings and gearboxes. This method has highly concentration of working procedure, and is easy to machine in the horizontal machining center, and which can meet the requirement of tractor production mode with obviously high and low seasons, imbalance production, improve equipment utilization to the fullest extent.
