从《胰腺癌综合诊治中国专家共识(2014)》发布看中国胰腺癌的规范化综合诊治 被引量：3

摘要 胰腺癌是全球公认的“癌中之王”，在我国，其发病呈快速上升趋势，尤以经济发达地区为高。据统计，中国胰腺癌患者占世界总数的15.68豫，发病率和死亡率均居恶性肿瘤前十位。目前我国胰腺癌的诊治存在医疗水平参差不齐、早诊率低、错诊率高、偏重外科手段、治疗水平不均衡不规范、治疗轻循证重经验、综合治疗的实施力度不够等问题，远期生存极不理想，迄今仍是临床难题。
