新疆维、汉民族KCNE2和KCNE3基因多态性与房颤的相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation Study on The Relationship Between The KCNE2 Gene and KCNE3 Gene Polymorphism and Atrial Fibrillation Among Uyghur and Han Nationality in Xinjiang Region

摘要 目的:探讨新疆维、汉不同民族KCEN2、KCNE3基因标签SNP与房颤的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏中心、和田地区人民医院心脏内科等科室。按照与病例组民族和性别相同,年龄相同或相近的原则选出对照。使用DNA提取试剂盒提取外周血DNA,然后对单核苷酸多态性进行检测,分析维吾尔族和汉族KCNE2(rs9984281)、KCNE3(rs9516)、KCNE3(rs10898993)、KCNE3(rs 3867279)、KCNE3(rs626930)与房颤的关系进行统计分析。结果:(1)维吾尔族KCNE2(rs9984281)、KCNE3 SNP1(rs9516)、SNP2(rs626930)、SNP3(rs3867279)、SNP4(rs10898993)与房颤无关。(2)汉族KCNE2(rs9984281)、KCNE3 SNP1(rs9516)、SNP2(rs626930)、SNP3(rs3867279)、SNP4(rs10898993)与房颤无关。结论:在KCNE基因家族中无论是维吾尔族还是汉族,KCNE2(rs9984281)、KCNE3 SNP1(rs9516)、SNP2(rs626930)、SNP3(rs3867279)、SNP4(rs10898993)与房颤患病均无关。 Objective: 1) To investigate the association between Tag SNP of KCNE2, KCNE3 gene and AF. Meth- ods: Adopting the case-control study method, AF cases were collected in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, People's Hospital in Hotan city and other hospitals in Xinjiang. And controls were selected in accordance with the ethnicity, gender and age of AF group. DNA was extracted from peripheral blood using DNA extraction kit. the Tag SNP KCNE2 (rs9984281),KCNE3 (rs9516),KCNE3(rs10898993),KCNE3(rs 3867279), KCNE3 (rs626930)were detected using the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) or Sequencing method. Finally, the polymorphisms were analyzed in Han and Uygur populations. Results: The KCNE2 (rs9984281), KCNE3 SNP1 (rs9516),SNP2 (rs626930),SNP3 (rs3867279) and SNP4 (rs10898993) had nothing to do with AF in Uygur and Han populations. Conclusions: The KCNE2 (rs9984281), KC- NE3 SNP1 (rs9516),SNP2(rs626930), SNP3 (rs3867279) and SNP4 (rs 10898993 ) had nothing to do with the inci- dence of AF among Uygurs and Hans.
