摘要
由于东西方各自以其休验论、认识论为哲学基础,也产生了西方美学中"唯耳眼论"与中国美学中重视呋觉感知的差异,而使得中西美学对照下的味觉地位迥异有别。在中国音乐审美中,味觉在审美情感中具有特殊的表现作用。"声亦如味",饮食口味与音乐色彩之间有着通联性,传统饮食口蛛的地域分布与传统音乐风格之间也存在着一定的对应关系。并且,不同的饮食口味偏好与审美主体的性格、音乐审美的取向之间也有着一定的对应性。
The Eastern and Western philosophical foundations are based on their perspective of practice and epistemology which result in their differences between the 'ear-eye theory' and 'gustatory sense'.According to Chinese musical aesthetics the gustatory sense plays a special role in expressing one's emotion. 'Sound as taste' indicates the connection between the gustatory sense of food and musical color.Furthermore,there is a certain level of parallelism between a traditional taste of food and a traditional music style in a geographical sense.
