Design of Production-safety Management Platform for Big Civil Aircraft

论文根据国产大型民用飞机制造特点,分析民用飞机安全生产综合管理的内在需求,提出民用飞机安全生产信息化建设的目标,设计了安全生产综合管理功能体系架构。采用先进的网络视频技术、物联网技术、移动互联技术和系统集成技术,提出了民用飞机安全生产综合管理信息化平台的技术方案,并给出系统实施过程中的关键技术和应用要点,提出了平台的拓扑结构和数据管理方案,为其它复杂装备制造行业企业的安全生产信息化管理提供技术参考。

According to the characteristics of large civil aircraft manufacturing in China, this paper analyses the intrinsic requirements of comprehensive management for civil aircraft safe-production, puts forward the construction goal in safe-production of civil aircraft enterprises. This paper makes use of advanced network video technology, the internet of things technology, mobile internet technology and system integration technology, plans and designs a comprehensive safety management system, and proposes the technical scheme for civil aircraft production safety integrated management information platform, further proposes the key technologies and application tips in system implementation. Further this paper designs the topology structure and data management solution. Thereby this paper provides technical reference to build a safety information management system in other complex equipment manufacturing industries.
