冲切检测是智能卡生产过程中的重要环节,基于机器视觉的智能检测技术是实现快速、自动检测与控制的重要手段。论文介绍了基于OpencV的机器视觉的测量系统的图像处理关键技术,包括滤波、畸变矫正、分割图像。
Slitter detection is an important part in the production of the smart card, intelligent detection technology based on machine vision is an important measure to achieve rapid, automatic detection and quality control of production. This article describes the key technology of the machine vision measurement system that base on the OpencV which including filtering, distortion correction, image segmentation.
