城镇化加速期我国农村文化建设:空心化、格式化与动力机制——来自27省(市、区)147个行政村的调查

China's Rural Cultural Construction in the Period of Accelerated Urbanization:Hollowing,Formatting and Dynamic Mechanism

日益加速的城镇化进程推动农村人口大规模、持续性向城镇迁移,基层农村文化现状呈现"空心化"与"格式化"特征:传统的基层社会关系结构逐步瓦解;农民文化需求不明确,表达机制不健全,公共文化服务内生动力不足;农村社区文化认同日益弱化;农村旧的社会结构瓦解,新的社会结构正在探索建立过程中。调查显示,农村公共文化在中国社会急剧转型的背景下逐渐步入类型分化、分途发展的道路。在当前时代背景和现实基础上,推动农村公共文化建设需要设计一个社会各方力量合力参入的长效动力机制。
