解析法在凸缘法兰设计方法中若干重要参数的确定 被引量:2

摘要 凸缘法兰是压力容器上常用的一种受力部件,但其强度计算方法在各国相关标准中未有列出,为此国内外曾提出不少计算方法,但经分析考证,文献【1】方法与有限元分析最为接近,验证了该法的准确可靠性。为此,利用该方法进行凸缘法兰设计具有积极的实际意义和使用价值。为使该法能更好地得到应用并达到优化设计的目的,文章对该法进行了深入研究分析,对其未提及的相关参数进行了整理、推导,并编制出程序,以供设计使用。 Male flange is one of the important stress parts commonly used in pressure vessels,yet the strength calculation method for it has not been listed in the relevant standards of each country.Therefore,many calculation methods have been proposed at home and abroad,but through analysis and textual research,the method proposed by reference article[1]is very close to that in finite element analysis,which confirms the accuracy and reliability of this method.So,it is meaningful and useful to design male flange with this method.For better application and optimization of this method,this article conducted in-depth research and analysis on it.It collated and deduced relevant parameters which were not mentioned in reference article[1],and then compiled a calculation program for designing male flange.
