摘要
针对国内某甲醇项目超高压大口径进口集合管在定尺长度订货,水压试验后不能改变集合管长度以免影响外部管道连接,集合管管口与地面垂直难以加工U型坡口,集合管管径较大,壁厚较厚,盘管试验压力较高的试压要求下,参照GB 150《压力容器》计算及采用ANSYS有限元分析进行核算、工厂模拟实际试压装置进行验证的方法,研制出了大管径外卡式试压装置,此装置制造简便、易于装拆、试压效率高、可重复使用,解决了工厂及现场超高压大口径管口试压的问题。
The imported ultrahigh-pressure manifold with large diameter in a domestic methanol project is ordered in sizing length.After hydrotest,the length of the manifold can't be changed in case it may affectthe connecting of the external pipes.The manifold nozzle is vertical to the ground,which makes it hard to process groove of U type.The manifold diameter is large;the wall is thick and the test pressure of the coil is comparatively high.By calculating in the light of Pressure Vessel GB S150and adopting ANSYS to check and workshop simulating actual pressure test device to verify,the external-chucking hydrotest device with large pipe diameter is developed.This device is handy to manufacture,easy to assembly and disassembly,high in pressure test efficiency and can be used repeatedly.It solved the pressure test problems of nozzle with ultrahigh pressure and large diameter both at workshop and jobsite.
