国产100m^2脱蜡真空转鼓过滤机在工业化应用中的实践与摸索

PRACTICE AND EXPLORATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF THE 10~3m^2 DOMESTIC DEWAXING ROTARY DRUM VACUUM FILTER

2012年中国石化济南分公司对酮苯脱蜡装置进行了技术升级改造,在行业内首次成功使用了国产100m2真空转鼓过滤机。文章介绍了设备在酮苯脱蜡脱油装置上的使用工况,分析了国产100m2真空转鼓过滤机与50m2过滤机的异同,重点阐述了其在使用过程中出现的密封泄漏、油路联锁难实现、输蜡器故障、绕线松动等问题,提出了一些操作注意事项和改进措施及建议,为今后该类型设备的推广应用积累了一定的经验。

In 2012,the acetone-benzene dewaxing unit in SINOPEC Jinan Company carried out technical transformation upgrading.And the 100m2 domestic vacuum drum filter was successfully used for the first time in this industry.This paper introduces the applying operating conditions of the equipment on the acetone-benzene dewaxing and deoiling unit.It analyzes the similarities and differences between 100m2 vacuum drum filter and 50m2 filter.The paper expounds emphatically the problems occurring in the application process covering seal leakage,difficulty in oil interlocking,fault of wax-remove machine,wind-ing looseness and so on.It presents some operational points for attention,measures and suggestions for improvement,which accumulates some experience in promoting the application of this type of equipment in the future.
