摘要
介绍了日本神户制钢所LCM280H型挤压机调节门的混炼原理,论述了挤压机调节门出现的不动作难题及其造成的严重后果,验证了其执行机构不是调节门故障原因,并且根据挤压机调节门结构图,分析了导致挤压调节门发生故障的主要原因,制定了具体方案,解决了挤压机调节门故障难题,通过连续132h的抢修,获得了许多LCM280H型挤压机宝贵的检修经验,保证了挤压机的平稳生产。
This paper introduces the mixing principle of the Japanese KOBELCO LCM280Htype extruder adjusting gate.It expounds the no-action problems of the extruder adjusting gate and serious consequences caused by them.The paper validates that the actuator of the extruder adjusting gate is not the cause for the failure.According to the structure drawing of the extruder adjusting gate,the paper analyzes the main reasons for the failure,formulates specific solution and solves the problem of the extruder adjusting gate failure.After continuous maintenance for 132hours,the paper obtains valuable maintenance experience of the LCM280Htype extruder adjusting gate.This helps to ensure the smooth production of the extruder.
