摘要
洛阳石化延迟焦化装置的冷焦水空冷器在倒水工艺操作中对冷焦水起到冷却作用,在运行五年后空冷器管束频繁发生泄漏现象,文章对空冷器管束的技术参数、腐蚀情况进行了介绍,对腐蚀环境进行了分析。通过分析,认为空冷器管束泄漏主要原因是发生了析氢腐蚀、吸氧腐蚀与冲刷腐蚀,其中冷焦水水质原因导致了析氢腐蚀与吸氧腐蚀的发生,空冷器管束结构以及与冷焦水相关的多种因素导致了冲刷腐蚀的发生。针对腐蚀原因提出了可行性较高的改进措施。
The air coolers for coke cooling water in the delayed coking plant of Luoyang Company play the role of cooling in water-pouring process.After five years of operation,leakage occurred frequently in the air cooler tube bundles.This paper introduces the technical parameters and corrosion of the cooler bundles.Meanwhile,it analyzes the corrosion environment.Through analysis,it is considered that the main reasons for the leakage are the occurrence of hydrogen evolution corrosion,oxygen absorption corrosion and erosion corrosion.Among these three types of corrosion,the coke cooling water quality causes the occurrence of hydrogen evolution corrosion and oxygen absorption corrosion,while the structure of the air cooler tube bundles and many factors related to the coke cooling water lead to erosion corrosion.Aiming at the corrosion reasons,feasible measures for improvement are put forward.
