Having unplasticized polyvinyl chloride （UPVC） formulation intended, the feeding quantity, feeding order, mixing temperature, mixing time and other factors of high-speed mixer will play an important impact on the quality and production of polyvinyl chloride （PVC） dry mixtures. This paper analyzes factors and extents of the impact and solutions only from a few process control points.
