摘要 洛阳PTA装置原设计使用四台压力离心机作为分离设备,故障率高,可靠性差,成为PTA装置生产运行的瓶颈。2011年技术改造新增一台压力过滤机,取代原压力离心机,由于其具有工艺设备简单、流程短、操作维护简便、运行可靠性高、经济性好等一系列优点,更新效果十分显著。虽然在安全性、经济性上均有较大优势,但使用过程中也出现了一些问题。文章介绍了压力过滤机的工作原理、运行情况,结合使用中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的优化对策。 Luoyang PTA designed four pressure centrifuges as separation equipment formerly which had higher failure rate and lower reliability.This became the bottleneck for the production and operation of PTA plant.After technical transformation in 2011,apressure filtering machine was added to replace the former pressure centrifuge.The renewed effect was notable because of the advantages of simple process unit,short technological process,easy operation and maintenance,high operational reliability and good economic benefits.Although it had more advantages in security and economy,there were some problems in the process of operation.This paper introduces the working principle and operation of the pressure filtering machine.Combining with the problems in application,it makes an analysis and brings forward corresponding optimization measures.
