摘要
介绍了北海炼化重整装置氢增压机出口缓冲罐及管道振动引发的问题,对振动原因进行了分析,并运用ANSYS软件对管道进行模态分析,依据模态分析结果制定减振方案,在适当的位置安装阻尼器,降低了管系的振幅,保证了系统的安全运行。
This article introduces the vibration of outlet buffer tank and pipeline of reformer hydrogen booster compressor in the Beihai Petro-chemical Company Limited.Then it analyzes the causes for the vibration and carries out a modal analysis on the pipeline by adopting ANSYS software.Based on the results from the model analysis,the article makes a scheme for vibration attenuation.Dampers are installed at the proper positions,which reduces the amplitude of the pipeline and ensures the safe operation of the system.
