摘要
由于石油天然气资源的逐渐匮乏,以及传统能源对大气的污染,大型棒磨机在洁净煤技术应用的重要性日益显现。通过介绍180万t/a甲醇项目一期工程的核心设备棒磨机组成和控制,阐明了大型棒磨机在实现水煤浆制备工艺中的应用。指出在棒磨机系统高效运行中需要重点监控轴瓦轴承温度、驱动主电机运行,以及润滑油站润滑油的温度、压力信号等。
Due to the gradually deficient of petroleum and natural gas resources and the atmospheric pollution caused by the consumption of traditional energy sources,the application of large-scale rod mill in clean coal technology is becoming increasingly significant.Through introducing the composition and control of rod mill,the core equipment,used in the first phase of 1.8 million ton/year methanol project,this paper illustrates the application of large-scale rod mill in the preparation of coal slurry field.This paper points out that in the efficient running process of rod mill system,more monitoring is needed for bearing temperature,the main electromotor running,the temperature and the pressure signal of the lubricating oil at the lubricating station.
