乙烯裂解炉管焊接开裂问题分析

摘要 25Cr35Ni-NbMA广泛用于裂解炉管,这种炉管在使用过程经常出现局部损伤。利用光学显微镜、能谱分析和力学性能测试对焊接后开裂的炉管进行测试,结果显示在长期高温服役后管内壁发生了严重渗碳,析出大量碳化物,材料塑性降低,炉管材料的脆性是产生焊接裂纹的直接原因。 25Cr35Ni-NbMA is widely used in cracking furnace tube.Local damage often occurs in this kind of furnace tube in use.By means of optical microscope,energy spectrum analysis and mechanical properties testing,the welded cracking furnace tube was tested and the results indicated that after long-term service in high temperature,the inner wall of the tube was seriously carburized;a lot of carbides was separated out and the plastic property of the material was reduced.Hence,the brittleness of the furnace tube material is the direct cause for the welding cracking.
