摘要
介绍了加氢裂化装置反应进料泵-液力透平及其密封结构和密封冲洗方案,针对一年内连续6次密封失效故障进行分析排查,确定了密封失效的几个因素,对目前存在的问题进行分析,并对改进前后密封运行情况做了对比,通过一段时间的运行,确定改善效果明显。
This article introduces the seal structure and seal flush scheme of the feed pump-hydraulic turbine in hydro cracking unit.After analyzing and checking the seal failure which happened 6times consecutively in one year,some factors for seal failure are identified and the present problems are improved.The article also makes a comparison of the running conditions of the seal before and after the improvement.After running for a period of time,it is confirmed that the improvement effects are obvious.
